Senior Probate Case Manager 27k-40k DOE, fully remote but office can be offered. Location Leicester.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Review and approve estate accounts.
- Draft, collate and summarise any supporting legal and financial documentation.
- Conduct research where necessary on relevant laws, regulations and legal articles to ensure the accuracy of advice and the procedure.
- Manage an independent case load.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team assisting and mentoring paralegals.
- Correspond with solicitors, courts, LR, OPG and other 3rd party companies as appropriate to each case.
- Deal with routine and difficult enquiries effectively and efficiently and ensure that any client complaints are dealt with both professionally and promptly.
Skills Required
- Probate Fee Earner with at least 4 years PQE in probate and estate administration, should be confident in handling all aspects of associated transactions.
- Minimum of 4+ years of running a probate caseload.
- Utilise and maintain case management system.
- Conveyancing experience, sales of properties, management of the client's estate.
- Confident drafting legal documents, statements and decision making.
