Shift Patterns
- Mon β Thurs
Day Shift: 07:00 β 16:30 - Mon β Thurs
Back Shift: 14:00 β 23:30 - Mon β Thurs
Night Shift: 20:30 β 06:00 - Fri β Sun
Weekend: 07:00 β 19:30
Overtime Rates
- Mon β Thurs: Time and a third
- Friday: Time and a half for the first 4 hours, double time from then on
- Saturday: Time and a half
- Sunday: Double time
Essential Experience
- Modern Apprenticeship certificate also known as Trade Papers (required to provide papers)
- Minimum SVQ 3 or equivalent
- Current knowledge and experience in fabrication
- Understanding of manufacturing processes
- Clear understanding of SHE and risk assessment
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and/or at height
- Safety certification (e.g., SHE Induction, Risk Assessment, working at height etc.)
- Background in a major construction/manufacturing environment
