What you'll be doing:
- Apply the systems engineering principles to support the design of systems through the entire engineering lifecycle
- Discern and decompose requirements to system and sub-system level
- Undertake system design decomposition and modelling to subsystem level
- Help to define and articulate acceptance strategies in order to verify requirement compliance
- Assist with technical reviews and verification of engineering technical design
- Collect and analyse real-world system data to understand performance, reliability, and usage patterns
- Analyse large, complex datasets
Your skills and experiences:
- Degree qualified
- Understands engineering life cycle principles and approaches underpinning design and development activities
- Demonstrates understanding, knowledge and experience of Systems Engineering
- Ability to perform data analysis on large, complex datasets using statistical methods (e.g. MATLAB)
- Hands-on experience with complex, real-world systems
