As a CNC Machinist you will be doing:
- Operate a variety of Inspection equipment, including machine probing, micrometres, plug gauges.
- Working on various CNC machining platforms.
- Interpretation of manufacturing drawings, customer drawings and written specifications.
- Assessing quality of components are to specification.
Skills and experience - CNC Machinist
- MUST HAVE completed an advanced modern engineering apprenticeship and an NVQ/SVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
- Siemens control system experience is preferred.
- Experience in 3 and 5-axis grinding, milling and turning.
- Previous experience with aerospace components would be an advantage.
