Join our Head Office as a People Business Partner responsible for providing advice, support and guidance to leadership on all People related matters, balancing strategic and operational work. This part-time role provides 20 hours per week that can be split across 4–5 days.
Key Tasks
- Provide advice, support and guidance on all people related matters in line with company policies.
- Contribute to the development of the Company’s People Plan, driving its implementation across the Head Office function.
- Be an ambassador for driving cultural change, engagement and retention initiatives, and the Company’s purpose, pillars and values.
- Work in partnership with the ER Team to resolve all Employee Relations activities while mitigating business risks.
- Identify internal and external trends, monitor people metrics and best practice, to influence business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Work with the wider HR teams on local succession and talent plans, agreeing actions to support implementation.
About You
- Relevant experience within a generalist HR/People position driving change across an assigned business area.
- CIPD qualified or qualified by experience.
- Proven application of current Employment Law practices.
- Demonstrable experience supporting complex ER issues.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and advise on cultural change.
- Understanding of requirements of working within a regulated environment.
- Experience delivering training and people related projects.
