Vessel Coordinator

Full-Time No home office possible

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Personnel & Logistics involving all crew and technicians onboard, technicians and team profiles, and certification checks and updates to the relevant people tracking system.
Monitoring all vessels and vessel movement.
Weather monitoring and reacting to adverse weather or lightning alerts.
Updating vessel tracker and positioning.
Helicopter and logistical operations.

Requirements:

Previous experience as Vessel/Marine Coordinator onboard offshore wind installation vessels.
Offshore certification: Offshore Survival, Medical, MIST, and industry standard certifications.
