Job description Ensuring the maritime logistic for the Array Cable and Export Cable Contractors according to contracts Ensure a safe working environment offshore Ensure implementation of previous lessons learned (LLs) related to the termination scope into the project Ensure registration of LLs related to the termination scope Defining the Package requirements for tendering of the maritime logistics for ECS+T and ACS+T Packages by CON (as required) Defining the Contractors needs for Offshore Works Ensure all load-out activities are coordinated with the Offshore Cable Installation (OCI) department and incoterms, tests, hand-over certificates are properly aligned. This includes supervision of load-out activities Ensure the project schedule (including OCI) is fully aligned with the offshore termination scope Ensure logistics relevant activities (e.g. lifting, storage, vessel facilities, rescue concept, crew change, tools, HSE needs, material flow from/to Site) are aligned and planned before mobilization Managing logistics for delivery of accessories between the warehouse and construction sites, including Offshore Substations (OSS) and Transition Joint Bays (TJB) Managing logistics for mobilizing supervisors and personnel to site Leading and organizing the supervisor/client representative team, including rotation schedules, onboarding, checklist preparation and completion Making informed decisions quickly on-site to minimize stand down Ensuring all contractors and supervisors are up to date with necessary training (GWO, site induction, electrical safety, etc.) Review all logistics, installation manuals and site acceptance test (SAT) relevant documents (incl. as-built documentations) both internally from the project and externally from the contractors Review contractor RAMS for safe and high-quality execution of offshore works Review and registration of NCRs in Synergi during offshore termination scope Mapping all deliverables and activities related to the offshore termination works Ensure progress for the submittal of deliverables (incl. accessories) from the Contractor and internal stakeholders Feed in all offshore relevant logistical activities such as crew change, port call, transfer times etc. into the ECS+T and ACS+T Packages Be in charge of offshore mobilization of the SOV, CTV, T&T inspectors/supervisors for ECS+T and ACS+T Package scopes Be the first point of contact and Package representative for all logistical and termination activities at harbour, vessel and site Organizing and chairing regular logistical interface meetings with the Contractors, CON Package and relevant functions of ECS+T and ACS+T team Responsible for the mock-up trial at site (incl. associated pre-planning and interfaces) and ensuring LLs from the trial are addressed/mitigated prior to offshore cable termination & testing campaign More info To apply for this position, use the \’Apply for this job\’ button.
