Atlas NextWave are recruiting for a Management Accountant on a permanent basis in Peterhead. This will be a full time role, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week and will be fully office based (no hybrid working).
The role will involve the following:
- Line management responsibility - this role has one direct report
- Monthly P&L and Balance Sheet preparation and reporting.
- Responsible for monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations.
- Preparation of month end reporting packs and other Group reporting.
- Responsible for management of Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Ledgers.
- Involved in preparation of annual budgets, reforecasting and associated reporting.
- Prepare year end schedules and responsible for liaising with Auditors during interim and year-end Audit and providing required data to them.
- Prepare Annual Tax Return information and liaise with Tax Auditors.
- Prepare year-end statutory accounts.
- Preparation of weekly cashflows, forecasts and cash sheets.
- Working Capital Management – in particular Stock Management.
- Involved in reporting and analysis of monthly business KPIs.
