Atlas NextWave seeks a Training & Competence Coordinator to support and coordinate training across offshore assets and onshore teams. You will ensure training compliance, manage documentation in the CMS and TMS, and drive continuous improvements across the business.
You will build relationships with training partners, organize inductions, and produce regular compliance reports, while supporting platform enhancements and staying informed on industry updates.
