Atlas NextWave in Lincoln is recruiting a Quality Improvement Lead to join the Non-conformance Management team. You will support all areas investigating non-conformance within the SGT business, facilitating problem solving and root cause analysis, and driving improvements in tools, processes, and reporting.
You will work with functional leads to improve quality culture, provide guidance and governance for non-conformance activities, and ensure NCC targets and KPIs are exceeded.
