Atlas NextWave in Lincoln is seeking a Quality Improvement Lead to join the Non-conformance Management team within the Small Gas Turbine business. You will drive investigation of non-conformances, coach problem solving, and help improve tools, processes and reporting across the organisation.
The role requires proactive leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple departments to deliver a robust quality culture and exceed NCC.
