Coordinate daily activities with the Marine and Helicopter Coordination Centre. Schedule and facilitate meetings; maintain effective communication with project stakeholders. Ensure compliance with project procedures, operational processes, and IT tools. Provide support to HSE initiatives and activities as needed. Contribute to lessons learned and submit change requests for continuous improvement. Participate in the Daily Planning Meeting by providing relevant operational input. Serve as the primary point of contact between contractors and marine crew. Assist in the coordination of all vessels operating within the field. Submit and verify daily reports submitted by the vessel (Activity Reports). Promote discipline and accountability among industrial personnel on site. Actively foster and reinforce a strong safety culture among vessel crews and offshore teams. Lead the Daily Planning Meeting when delegated or required. Provide coverage for selected Site Manager responsibilities when necessary. Identify and propose improvements to the Offshore Site Management scope, tools, and procedures.
Tasks
- Planning & Coordination of Construction SOV, marine and Helicopter activities, including preparation of relevant documentation.
- Provide lookahead for daily planning.
- Liaison with the Packages & Contractors to keep operational conflicts to a minimum.
- Liaison with Offshore Operations regarding use of CTV Timings.
- Daily dialogue with relevant Contractors & vessel crew to ensure compliance with site procedures and OMS.
- Ensure all vessels master's complete Induction.
- Assisting construction manager with tasks as required.
- Chair / attend interface and kick off meetings with contractors.
- Ensuring personnel are approved within OMS.
- Assistance with SOV port calls.
- Providing input into Lessons Learnt for future projects.
- Co-ordination of SOV crew changes.
- Tracking and control of all cargo on/off the SOV, including declarations to relevant authorities.
- POC between Contractors/Vessel Crew offshore back to onshore and vice versa.
- Ensuring personnel are approved for use of the W2W system.
