Responsible for managing the project contract deliverables by use of the document management tool, throughout the project lifecycle.
Work across multiple projects, managing documentation and deliverables using established systems and processes.
Allocate document numbers, create placeholders, and set up supplier document packages.
Perform QA checks on deliverables and manage review workflows in line with project timelines.
Distribute workflow comments between clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Handle hard‑copy submissions to site and manage the submission of As‑Built documentation.
Administer and maintain all technical and construction documentation on-site, including the Site Drawing Index (SDI).
Record, check out, and stamp construction drawings for the site team.
Coordinate drawing transmittals between site and the project office using the document management system.
Ensure up‑to‑date documentation is always available at site.
Manage, distribute, and track feedback, responses, and incoming documents from suppliers, headquarters, customers, and third parties.
Support the collation of red‑line drawings for As‑Built preparation.
Interact with the wider project team and support the Document Control team.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Communicate effectively with external stakeholders.
Perform general office and administrative duties.
