The position is intended to provide administrative and certification support to the operations function, ensuring the accurate preparation, maintenance and control of certification records, operational documentation, databases and business systems. The role is primarily administrative, supporting certification, document control, record management and general operational activities.


Key responsibilities



  • Preparing and issuing equipment certification documentation using supplier and manufacturer records.

  • Maintaining certification records, databases, filing systems and document registers, including the recording and management of inspection, testing and certification data.

  • Responding to customer certification enquiries and retrieving certification records when required.

  • Maintaining SAP delivery note records, updating job completion dates, delivery status information and actual delivery dates.

  • Maintaining operational records and trackers, including delivery notes, fuel registers and vehicle defect reports.

  • Supporting stock control and inventory administration activities, including verification of work orders and purchase orders against SAP and assisting with off-stocking processes.

  • Administering wire reel bookings and records, including entering supplier and batch information and maintaining associated inventory data.

  • Producing and maintaining operational reports such as cost comparison report.

  • Maintaining work order, delivery note and operational filing systems, ensuring documentation is accurately scanned, organised and readily accessible.

  • Preparing and issuing material issue sheets, ensuring stock allocations are accurate and aligned with operational and hire department requirements.

  • Providing administrative support to the operations teams, including general office administration and timesheet processing.
