The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
This role will be based in Cove, Aberdeen on a full time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week and offers the option to work from home one day per week. Please note, there will be occasional offshore trips required also so candidates should either have, or be willing to attain their basic offshore survival certificates.
The Corporate Assurance Advisor will:
- Conduct and facilitate BMS Audits and Improvement plans
- Conduct and facilitate MAH, Rig/Asset Assurance Audits Offshore and Shipyard
- Monitor and support the timely close out of BMS reports including Non-Conformances, Lessons Learned and Management of Change
- Support BMS Investigations, Root Cause Analysis and the ongoing monitoring of preventative measures
- Facilitate the delivery of Corporate Assurance Knowledge, Awareness and Competence initiatives
- Facilitate Independent Verification body, Approval body, External Provider and/or Interested Party Audits and Assessment activities
- Support Asset transition plans and assurance activities
- Be proactive in the implementation of Project Assurance plans
- Provide support to members of the HSE Team
- Support and mentor onshore and offshore personnel
- Contribute to and support Well-Safe’s HSE Strategies, Aims and Objectives
- Assist in the promotion of a culture of excellence through continuous improvement, to achieve departmental and company aims and objectives
- Carry out any other tasks required with the competence of the role and the jobholder

Required:
ESSENTIAL
- Oil and Gas Industry experience
- Offshore Survival
- Certified Internal Auditor Training as recognised by IRCA
- Minimum 2 yrs. experience in the auditing of QHSE Management systems
- Proven experience in the production of Process and Procedural documentation
- Health and Safety Qualification
- Environmental Qualification
- Investigation and Root Cause Analysis Training
- Experience in the use of Software for the implementation of an approved MSD
DESIRED
- Health and Safety Qualification at IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent
- Certified Lead Auditor Training as recognised by IRCA
- Knowledge and experience of full well life cycle.
- CPD maintained in accordance with relevant Professional bodies (i.e. CQI, IOSH, IEMA)
