- Run discovery to develop deep expertise in equity structures across Ledgy's core markets.
- Collaborate with product leadership on strategy, balancing enterprise delivery milestones with longer‑term platform investments.
- Partner with Design, Engineering, and SMEs to write clear specifications and manage delivery in an agile setting.
- Contribute to Ledgy's PM best practices, and model high AI fluency, using AI tools to move faster and work smarter across research, documentation, and delivery.

- Get to know the Equity Foundations team engineers, design and domain experts.
- Understand the complexity, breadth and depth of Ledgy as a platform.
- Watch call recordings, shadow customer & prospect calls and get in front of your first real customer.
- Start contributing to roadmap discussions with guidance from team members.
In the first 60 days:
- Develop a deep understanding of the regulatory and business requirements our customers face, including those around trading and brokerage integrations.
- Fully master Ledgy's value proposition, understand our product capabilities and competitive landscape.
- Understand the data models and key architectural patterns that power Ledgy and their dependencies.
- Take ownership of key features and product initiatives.
- Lead sprint planning and collaborate on technical specifications.
In the first 90 days:
- Help shape the technical and product direction of our core product.
- Create a vision to power the evolution of our platform to support enterprise‑scale customers with a global footprint that balances simplicity and flexibility while ensuring data accuracy.
