About the Role: As a Senior Product Manager your job is to help us make equity work for our customers. Your primary focus will be on building comprehensive reporting and analytics solutions that automate complex financial processes and compliance requirements across our three core reporting pillars: Financial, Compliance, and Operational reporting.

At Ledgy you will:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the equity management market as well as our customers, their pains and jobs-to-be-done. Over time, become a subject matter expert for equity reporting and act as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Systematically analyze qualitative customer feedback, quantitative usage data and product gaps in collaboration with Design, Engineering and customer-facing business partners.
  • Collaborate with product leadership on the vision and strategy of our reporting and analytics pillar.
  • Define, plan, and execute a roadmap to bring Ledgy's financial reporting (IFRS 2, FRS 102, ASC 718), tax reporting and operational reporting to the next level.
  • Align your team around strategic goals, relevant KPIs, and track success metrics for measuring impact.
  • Break down complex problems and write clear documentation in collaboration with Design, Engineering, financial reporting experts, and product leadership.
  • Manage product delivery in an agile setting and support your team in all sprint activities.
  • Drive product launches through cross-functional work with Product Marketing and other go-to-market teams.
  • Support shaping the future of our product best practices to achieve the best business outcomes.

In the first 30 days:

  • Be paired with an onboarding buddy who will introduce you to the world of equity management and financial reporting.
  • Get to know the Financial Reporting team, engineers, design and financial reporting domain experts.
  • Understand how our reporting features integrate with the broader Ledgy platform.
  • Start contributing to roadmap discussions with guidance from team members.

In the first 60 days:

  • Independently contribute to reporting feature definitions and improvements.
  • Take ownership of key reporting features and product initiatives.
  • Participate in strategic discussions about scaling our reporting capabilities.
  • Work alongside engineers, design and domain experts, as well as other product managers, to implement robust reporting solutions that integrate seamlessly across the entire product.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the regulatory and business requirements our customers face.
  • Lead sprint planning and collaborate on technical specifications.

In the first 90 days:

  • Help shape the technical and product direction of our reporting offering.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to enhance go-to-market for reporting capabilities.
  • Drive the evolution of our reporting platform to support enterprise-scale customers.

The job is a great fit if you:

  • Have a minimum of 6+ years experience in Product Management, building customer-facing products, at least some of it in B2B SaaS.
  • Are experienced in building and scaling reporting, analytics, or accounting products with a focus on automation and user experience.
  • Understand financial systems, data analytics, reporting platforms, and/or compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 1/SOC 2, IFRS).
  • You are a fast learner and enjoy diving into complex regulatory and financial topics.
  • Have relevant experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile setting applying Scrum.
  • Enjoy working closely with C-level people at fast-growing companies, diving deep into their financial, legal and compliance structures and processes.
  • Have a strong sense of accountability, ownership and outstanding solution focus.
  • Collaboration is in your DNA, you break down silos, and work collaboratively in a result-oriented way.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication and storytelling skills; fluent in English.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with compliance frameworks (IFRS/GAAP, tax compliance reporting).
  • Background in equity management, financial services, fintech, or accounting software.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools or data visualization platforms.
  • Knowledge of audit processes and controls.
