As an Inbound Account Executive – Netherlands, you’ll work with inbound leads from the Dutch market, guiding small and medium-sized businesses through their first steps with SumUp and helping them choose the right solutions for their needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with inbound leads generated by our marketing team in the Netherlands — qualify, consult, and convert.
  • Connect with small and medium-sized businesses via phone and email, building trust in both English and Dutch.
  • Deliver tailored product demos and clearly explain how SumUp solves real-world business challenges.
  • Manage your pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring structured follow-ups and efficient lead conversion.
  • Track your performance, report on results, and stay aligned with team and regional targets.
  • Collaborate with the wider European sales team to share insights about the Dutch market and customer trends.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You

  • Speak Dutch fluently (C2/native level) and English at professional level.
  • Have experience in a phone-based or customer-facing role (sales, support, retail, hospitality, etc.).
  • Feel confident engaging business owners and decision-makers.
