Hours: 40 hours across 5 days per week

Salary: £13.70 per hour

About the Role: Atlas Hotels is hiring a Team Leader right now at the Holiday Inn Express East Midlands Airport. If you have previous experience leading a team in a customer service environment, we can teach you the additional hotel specific skills. Our hotels offer a varied day‑to‑day role.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing a warm Atlas welcome to guests and new employees at the heart of your role
  • Ensuring team members are in the right place at the right time and coaching and developing your team
  • Being the person team members turn to for guidance, remaining nurturing and cool under pressure
  • Supporting the Hotel Operations Manager in achieving Atlas’ purpose of creating a rewarding place to work and a great guest experience; continuous improvement across the hotel will be important
