Hours: 40 hours across 5 days per week

Salary: £14.00 per hour

Atlas Hotels is hiring a Nights Team Leader right now at the Holiday Inn Express Hamilton.

Responsibilities

  • Providing a warm ‘Atlas welcome’ to guests and new employees will be at the heart of what you do
  • You’ll need to make sure your Team Members are in the right place at the right time and you will take coaching and development of your team seriously
  • You’ll be the person that Team Members look to when they need guidance, so you will need to be nurturing and cool under pressure
  • Want some variety? No day (or night!) is the same in our hotels, even on the night shift. You could be checking guests in and out on reception, serving behind the bar (you will need to be 18 or over), cooking food in the kitchen ready for breakfast service or setting up our meeting rooms
  • You will undertake night audits and corridor checks to make sure everyone in our hotels are safe and well looked after through the night
  • You will support the Hotel Operations Manager in achieving Atlas’ purpose of creating a rewarding place to work and a great experience for our guests, so continuous improvement across the hotel will be important
