So what does a Team Leader do?

  • Providing a warm ‘Atlas welcome’ to guests and new employees will be at the heart of what you do
  • You’ll need to make sure your Team Members are in the right place at the right time and you will take coaching and development of your team seriously
  • You’ll be the person that Team Members look to when they need guidance, so you will need to be nurturing and cool under pressure
  • You will support the Hotel Operations Manager in achieving Atlas’ purpose of creating a rewarding place to work and a great experience for our guests, so continuous improvement across the hotel will be important
