We're on the lookout for an experienced HR Advisor to join our HR team based in Leicester. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. From employee relations and manager coaching, to recruitment support and engagement activity, you'll play a key role in delivering a practical, approachable and high quality HR service across our hotels. Working closely with managers and teams across the business, you'll help create a positive and consistent experience for our people whilst contributing to improvements in how we work and support our teams.

What you'll be doing:
- Managing a range of employee relations cases including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters
- Building strong relationships with managers and supporting them to handle people matters confidently and consistently
- Providing practical advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures and day-to-day people matters
- Supporting and delivering training and coaching on HR processes and people management
- Supporting engagement and wellbeing activity across the business
- Supporting recruitment activity, including interviews and candidate assessment processes
- Contributing to HR projects and initiatives that improve processes and employee experience
- Working collaboratively with the wider HR team to deliver a high-quality HR service
- Travelling to hotel locations where needed to provide on-site HR support and guidance
We think you'll thrive if you have:
- Previous experience in an HR Advisory role, with strong employee relations experience
- The confidence to build relationships with managers, provide clear advice and challenge where appropriate
- A practical, organised and solutions-focused approach
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and confidence handling sensitive situations
- Experience supporting managers and delivering training on people processes
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience would be an advantage
