Atlas Hotels is hiring a Hotel Manager at Holiday Inn Express Peterborough. Do you have previous experience leading a team in a hotel operations environment? What does a Hotel Manager do?

Your Team:

  • Responsible for team performance, development, and retention, understanding what motivates your team and how to lead, engage, motivate, and recognize them
  • Role model Atlas values, communicate purpose, priorities, and targets regularly
  • Foster a learning culture, focusing on learning, feedback, growth, and skill development
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding, ensuring thorough induction and positive probationary experience
  • Reward performance consistently and fairly to maintain a culture of recognition
  • Manage performance and address issues tactfully, respecting employees' personal lives and ensuring fair rotas
  • Ensure team adherence to Atlas SOPs at all times

Your Guests and Your Hotel:

  • Ensure guests have a great experience, would stay again, and recommend the hotel
  • Model excellent guest interactions daily, support service recovery, and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Interpret guest feedback, identify trends, and develop action plans to improve satisfaction scores
  • Ensure the hotel passes all evaluations and audits successfully
