What you’ll be doing:
- Cover Hotel Manager vacancies, coach teams and support new manager inductions.
- Roll out SOPs and embed operational standards to drive consistency across our portfolio of hotels.
- Mentor and develop teams, building confidence and capability.
- Support and manage employee relations cases and ensure fair, consistent outcomes.
- Share guest and hotel insights to influence improvements.
- Act as a visible role model, linking standards and KPIs to the guest experience.
- Drive efficiency, performance and commercial success.
- Monitor compliance and support audits.
- Step in wherever needed, including out-of-hours support.
We think you’ll thrive if you have:
- Proven hotel experience in a supervisory or management role within a branded hospitality environment.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to build trust quickly and influence without formal authority.
- Experience uplifting capability and performance in others through hands-on support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to act as a link between hotel teams and the support centre.
- Strong understanding of guest service delivery and operational excellence frameworks.
- Organised, calm under pressure, and able to prioritise multiple demands effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 4 nights per week) and work varied hours.
- Valid UK Driving Licence.
