So what does a Linen Porter do?
- You’ll deliver a great guest experience through providing a high standard of linen management and cleanliness throughout the hotel.
- You’ll be delivering clean linen and towels to the designated store rooms around the hotel and to our housekeeping assistants.
- You’ll make sure linen and towel standards are the best they can be by rejecting any not up to the agreed quality or appearance.
- Keeping our public areas looking at their best, neat and clean will be a core part of your role. This includes our reception, toilets, front desk, bar, restaurant and meeting rooms.
- You’ll get to work in close knit teams that work together to maximise guest satisfaction.
- You’ll be helping to prepare rooms for the housekeeping assistant to clean.
