This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and hands-on operations professional to lead multiple hard and soft landscaping projects across the region. As Senior Landscaping Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of commercial projects from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to the highest possible standards. This role requires a strong operational leader who is comfortable managing teams, supporting site activity, building client relationships, and driving performance across multiple live projects.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee multiple landscaping projects across the region
- Take ownership of project delivery from start to finish
- Manage and support operational teams, supervisors, and subcontractors
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and stakeholders
- Provide hands-on operational support to sites
- Resolve day-to-day site and project challenges effectively
- Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency across all projects
- Carry out site visits and inspections
- Promote health and safety compliance and sustainable working practices
- Support the overall commercial and operational performance of the business
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in landscaping operations or project management
- Strong knowledge of both hard and soft landscaping within commercial setting
