Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth delivery of contracted services and support field‑based cleaning.
  • Allocate and schedule operatives using Time and Attendance systems (training provided).
  • Conduct quality audits, track performance, and manage outcomes.
  • Answer employee and client queries and resolve issues, including handling negative feedback.
  • Support client reporting requirements and reactive calls.
  • Coordinate reactive mobile cleaning technicians and manage overall client and staff issues.
  • Perform general administrative duties to meet business needs and support other departments.

Working Hours

The role is part of a 24/7, 365‑day Support Service Desk. Shifts follow a 4/4 pattern: two day shifts, two night shifts, and four days off (night shifts commence after induction on day shifts).
