About The Role

You will play a key part in the Atlas Support Team, responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our contracted services and supporting our field‑based cleaning. Allocation/scheduling operatives using Time and Attendance systems (training will be provided). Quality Audits, Tracking and management. Answering employee and client queries, helping to resolve issues. Support with clients who provide negative feedback. Supporting client reporting requirements. Reactive calls and periodic management. Management and coordination of reactive mobile cleaning technicians. Overall client and staff issue/general enquiry management. General administration duties to meet the needs of the business. Supporting other departments in day‑to‑day operations. We will give you the training you need to succeed.

Benefits

Salary: £29,658 per annum. Rolling Shift Pattern: 2 days/2 nights followed by 4 days off. Free on‑site parking. 22.4 paid days holiday per year.
