About The Role
The days and hours:
- Position 1: Tuesday 09:30am - 18:00, Wednesday 08:00am - 16:00, Thursday 08:00am - 16:00, Sunday 12:00pm - 17:00 (32 hours a week)
- Position 2: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday 09:30am - 18:00 & Sunday 09:00 - 14:00 (33 hours a week)

We are looking for a dependable Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across the shopping centre and surrounding public areas. This role involves both indoor and outdoor cleaning duties, ensuring all areas are kept to a high standard for customers, tenants, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain shopping centre facilities, public areas, walkways, entrances, and communal spaces.
- Clean and sanitise toilets, washrooms, and customer facilities.
- Empty bins, remove litter, and dispose of waste safely.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors, windows, glass, and other surfaces.
- Replenish consumables such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
- Sweep and maintain streets, sidewalks, gutters, bedding areas, and outdoor spaces.
- Remove leaves, debris, graffiti, and stickers from public areas.
- Operate cleaning equipment and machinery safely and effectively.
- Respond promptly to spillages, hazards, and cleaning requests.
- Report maintenance issues, damage, faults, or safety concerns.
- Follow all health and safety, COSHH, environmental, and site security procedures.
- Provide a professional and helpful service to shoppers, tenants, and visitors.
- Complete all duties in line with cleaning schedules and company standards.

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual with a positive attitude who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
All you need is:
- A Full UK Driving Licence.
- Good spoken and written English skills.
- Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role, including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, safety-conscious, and committed to high standards.
