We're looking for a reliable and customer‑focused Bulk Collection Driver to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for collecting bulky waste from our client sites using a 3.5 tonne tipper truck and transporting it to a designated local authority waste site, ensuring client areas remain clean, clear, and compliant.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a professional and efficient service, ensuring that client areas remain clean, clear, and compliant with local regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced in driving 3.5 tonne vehicles such as tipper trucks, vans, minibuses, or similar (experience with a tipper truck is an advantage).
  • In possession of a full UK driving licence (Category B); no additional codes or qualifications required.
  • Confident working independently and outdoors in all weathers.
  • Able to demonstrate strong attention to detail and a customer‑first attitude.
  • Clear and effective communication, with a proactive and helpful approach to client needs.
  • Eligible to work in the UK, with the right documentation.
