Optimise outsourced (EDC) 3rd party collections, by supporting Third-Party Manager to effectively manage systems, EDC operations, administration, processes and procedures, and ensuring sound controls are maintained at all time.

Key Accountable Responsibilities

  • Management of EDC/BPO Portfolio.
  • Performing tasks using Excalibur system to support BPO/EDC as well as internal departments.
  • Conducting bank recons to ensure external receipts balance to bank statements.
  • Processing receipts on Excalibur system for EFT/Debi Check payments.
  • Checking BPO/EDC invoices using guidelines provided.
  • Managing closed EDC books until accounts are settled or recalled.
  • Providing quality service to both internally and external customers.

Competency and qualification requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Certificate/Diploma in Credit management/Financial administration
  • 2 years in Micro finance industry
  • 5 years in Computer literacy – Advanced Excel
  • 5 years Debt collecting and finance experience
