Responsibilities
- As part of the Atlas Family, dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas’ clients.
- Inducted at the start of the contract and trained within the first week.
- Learn how to deliver the cleaning specification and use the equipment; we keep it simple and give you all you need to succeed.
- Provide a high standard of customer care through your focus across different shift hours.
- Handle site-based equipment and cleaning materials (full training provided).
- Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
- Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
- Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
- Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times; Atlas will make sure you’re fully prepared.
- Work within a team that goes the extra mile.
Qualifications
- Excited about making a difference.
- Positive and friendly attitude.
- Local to the area.
- Cleaning experience (or ready to be fully trained from scratch).
- Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
- Basic level of spoken English for communication on safety and with members of the public and the management team.
- Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
- Right to work in the UK (please bring evidence to the interview).
- Conditional upon successful completion of a DBS check at the required level.
