We are looking to recruit a Cleaning Supervisor at our client’s premises. We want someone who takes pride in their work, has great attention to detail, and wants to make a difference in their working environment.

Responsibilities
- Dedicate your time on site to meet the needs of Atlas’ clients and go the extra mile.
- Undergo induction and training within the first week to understand the cleaning specification and your role as a supervisor.
- Provide high-standard customer care across different shift hours.
- Handle site-based equipment and cleaning materials, including training on proper use.
- Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
- Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
- Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
- Maintain Health and Safety standards and complete all required training.
- Work within a team that consistently goes the extra mile.
Qualifications
- Positive, friendly attitude and enthusiasm for the role.
- Cleaning experience and the ability to carry out the physical aspects of the job.
- Basic spoken English for safety and communication with clients and management.
- Good social skills and the ability to deliver service with a smile.
- Right to work in the UK (must provide evidence at interview).
- Local to the area is preferred.
