School Cleaning Supervisor

We are looking to recruit a Cleaning Supervisor at our client's premises. We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in their working environment and feel proud about the work they do. What you'll be doing:

• Dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas' clients.
• Be inducted at the start of your contract and receive training within your first week of work.
• Deliver the cleaning specification and understand what Atlas requires of you as a cleaning supervisor at our client's site.
• Provide a high standard of customer care through your focus across different shift hours.
• Handle site-based equipment and cleaning materials (full training will be provided).
• Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
• Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
• Maintain health and safety standards at all times.
• Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

Requirements:

• Excited about making a difference.

• Be local to the area.
• Have an attitude to thrive and cleaning experience.
• Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
• Basic level of spoken English for communication on safety and confidence communicating with members of the public and the management team at our client's site.
• Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
• A right to work in the UK (please bring your evidence to the interview).
• Enhanced DBS check due to the nature of work.
• Two satisfactory references are required as part of the recruitment process for this role.
