Responsibilities
- Dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas' clients.
- Be inducted at the start of your contract and receive full training within the first week of work.
- Deliver on the cleaning specification and use the equipment as trained.
- Provide a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
- Handle site-based equipment and cleaning materials (full training provided).
- Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
- Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
- Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
- Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times; Atlas will provide full Health and Safety training.
- Work within a team that consistently goes the extra mile.
Qualifications and Requirements
- An attitude to thrive and a passion for cleaning (prior experience is a plus but not required).
- Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
- A basic level of spoken English for safety communication and interactions with the public and management.
- Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
- Right to work in the UK (evidence required at interview); applies to both UK and non-UK nationals.
- DBS/enhanced DBS check.
- Two satisfactory references.
