We are looking to recruit a Cleaner at our client's premises. We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in their working environment and feel proud about the work they do. Responsibilities:
- Dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas' clients.
- Receive induction at the start of your contract and training within the first week of work.
- Learn how to deliver the cleaning specification and use the equipment.
- Provide a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
- Handle site-based equipment and cleaning materials (full training will be provided).
- Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
- Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
- Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
- Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times; Atlas will fully prepare you to recognise hazards.
- Work within a team that goes the extra mile.
Qualifications:
- An attitude to thrive, enthusiasm, a positive & friendly demeanour.
- Cleaning experience (or the ability to learn from scratch) – we can fully train you if you match our positive and thoughtful approach.
- Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
- Basic level of spoken English – essential for safety and communication with members of the public and the management team at our client's site.
- Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
- Right to work in the UK – please bring evidence to the interview.
- Local to the area (preferred).
