The predicted salary is between 12 - 13 £ per hour.
As part of the Atlas Family, you'll dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas' clients. You will be inducted at the start of your contract, and Atlas will train you within your first week of work. This zero‑hours cleaning role is designed to support operational cover across our sites; no minimum hours are guaranteed and shifts will be offered based on business needs. We are looking for someone flexible and able to support ad‑hoc cover when available.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the cleaning specification and use equipment.
- Provide a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
- Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials (full training will be provided).
- Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
- Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
- Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
- Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
- Work within a team that goes the extra mile.
Qualifications
- Cleaning experience is preferred, but we can fully train you from scratch if you match our positive and thoughtful approach.
- Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
- Basic level of spoken English for safety communication and confidence when interacting with members of the public and the management team at our client's site.
- Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
- A right to work in the UK (please bring evidence to the interview).
- Flexible and able to accept or decline shifts as they are offered.
- Positive and friendly attitude.
- Local to the area.
