We are looking to recruit a Cleaner at our client's premises. We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in their working environment and feel proud about the work they do. If you are enthusiastic, take pride in your work and have great attention to detail you'll fit in perfectly with our award-winning team.
Responsibilities:
- Dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and meeting the needs of Atlas' clients.
- Receive induction at the start of your contract and complete training within the first week; learn to deliver the cleaning specification and use the equipment.
- Provide a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
- Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials (full training will be provided).
- Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
- Empty all litter bins into the appropriate waste and recycling containers.
- Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
- Maintain health and safety standards at all times, with full preparation and understanding of potential hazards.
- Work within a team that goes the extra mile.
Qualifications:
- Positive, friendly attitude and enthusiasm to make a difference.
- Local to the area or able to commute reliably.
- Cleaning experience preferred; fully trainable from scratch if you match our positive and thoughtful approach.
- Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role, including standing, moving and carrying cleaning implements.
- Basic level of spoken English for safety communication and interaction with members of the public and the management team.
- Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
- Right to work in the UK (please bring evidence to the interview).
