As a Field Service Engineer at NCAir, your mission is to contribute to the company’s profitability by providing professional and efficient service of air compressors and ancillary equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Promptly carry out servicing and maintenance on customer machines.
- Effectively diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on customer equipment, field and workshop based.
- Carry out PDI and commissioning of new equipment.
- Carry out install of new equipment and pipework.
- Identify required parts to effect repairs.
- Complete job reports correctly and return in a timely manner.
- Plan and organise daily and weekly visit schedules as required.
- Take part in the on‑call rota.
- Maintain test instruments, ensuring they remain in good condition.
- Ad‑hoc tasks as required.
- Punctual and professional in appearance.
- Pass on leads to help generate sales and ad‑hoc.
- Effectively promote the MultiAir UK Compressor company image.
Qualifications
- Experience repairing and servicing at least some of the following equipment: compressors, dryers, N2 systems, pumps.
- Good knowledge of the compressor industry, self‑motivated, able to work individually and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, PC literate & hold a clean driving licence.
