Join us and help shape a more sustainable tomorrow. We’re looking for a Service Planner to join our team in Uddingston. In this role, you’ll coordinate service activities from start to finish, ensuring customers receive a smooth, efficient experience while supporting our field service engineers day to day.
- Planning and scheduling service work to meet customer needs and deadlines
- Creating, allocating, and releasing service orders to engineers
- Ensuring parts and resources are available ahead of visits
- Communicating with customers to arrange and confirm service appointments
- Tracking progress of jobs and supporting completion, invoicing, and follow-up work
- Working closely with engineers, managers, and internal teams to resolve queries and prioritise requests
- Maintaining accurate records across SAP/C4C and supporting contracts, purchasing, and ad-hoc projects when needed
