Job Title: PROCESS ENGINEER
Purpose: The Process Engineer will support all production areas in process and quality, including goods in and dispatch.
Scope: This role reports directly to the Process Engineering Manager and works closely with Production Section Leaders and QA Engineering team.

Responsibilities
- Health and Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards; incorporate safety in SOPs.
- Production Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve processes; recommend and implement revisions to optimize labor costs.
- SOPs: Own and manage SOP creation and control; ensure discipline and training for new processes.
- CCA Participation: Support timely closure of complaints; aim to increase process-related CCAs.
- New Product Introduction: Lead NPI efforts; ensure readiness and validation; document and communicate project updates.
- NRFT Investigation: Support quality in analyzing and reducing NRFT KPIs.
- Inter-departmental Interface: Act as primary process contact; ensure timely implementation of NPI, PNR, and PCD actions.
- Process Change Management: Document changes via MOC system; ensure stakeholder approval.
- Other Tasks: Perform additional duties as deemed appropriate by management.
Person Specification
Professional Requirements
- Degree or relevant experience (HND/HNC)
- 3-5 years in manufacturing
- Experience with lean, continuous improvement, and tools like FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why, SPC
- Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred)
- Experience with ISO standards and process automation
