Maximize the profitability of the CTS business by promoting sales and service to new and existing customers across the territory in alignment with agreed business plans.
The role:
- Work with Companies and their Offshore/Onshore operational, maintenance and management personnel to develop Atlas Copco Service offering within their company.
- Grow and develop our full-service scope within the customer base: overhauls, capital parts, other parts, and service/parts plans.
- Grow revenue within existing customer base and identify and grow new customer base for overall expansion of service business.
- Use every opportunity and interaction to upsell the CTS product range to the target customer base.
- Advise customers on needed maintenance and work scopes required.
- Visit customer base regularly in Aberdeen (and other locations) depending on where the customer needs to meet.
- Respond to customer request for quotations for parts and services, and compile quotations timeously and secure orders.
- Identify and find common and bespoke parts in the AC database according to customer requirements and price accordingly.
- Work with Internal and external salespeople in co-ordinating sales visits and data exchange when necessary.
- Work with internal sales in compiling quotations and submitting to customers timeously.
- Liaise with CTS Operations to advise dates when the customer needs offshore mobilisation to enable them to plan accordingly offshore FSE visits.
- Compile and revise any contracts that customers have with Atlas Copco on parts and service rates and revise from time to time.
- Any other duties requested from management from time to time.
To succeed, you will need:
- An experienced sales professional with Offshore Knowledge and experience.
- Alternatively, a seasoned Technically capable person with the potential to grow into the role.
- Has a keen interest and hands on user experience with IT systems, knowledge of CTS products, services and systems would be a distinct advantage.
- Knowledgeable in the UK industrial market.
- Interpersonal, a real people person who likes to face and talk to customers and distributors.
- Able to organise their work very independently and be result driven with a can-do attitude.
- Innovative and creative, driven to get things done and highly pro-active and energetic.
- Ready to live by the Atlas Copco core values: Interaction, Innovation and Commitment.
