Your role as an Inside Sales Representative's core mission is to own the end-to-end sales cycle for a specific customer base and incoming enquiries ensuring they deliver double-digit organic revenue growth—turning inbound demand and leads into quotes and invoiced orders.

You will:

  • Manage inbound enquiries across multiple channels to identify customer needs and uncover revenue generating cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
  • Increase revenue by effectively managing leads through the full cycle—qualification, conversion, quotation, negotiation, quote-conversion, and closure.
  • Execute and register in CRM the full sales cycle stages, from lead creation through order invoiced, providing relevant feedback at each stage.
  • Master pricing tools to maintain a sustainable and profitable sales pipeline.
  • Support customers in Atlas Copco's customer-facing applications (Webshop, Parts on Line, Fleetlink, Power Connect).
  • Support Field Sales by preparing quotes for spare parts and accessories.
  • Flag and raise tickets when customer contact, pricing, stock or installed base data issues are identified.
  • Develop and execute an annual sales plan to achieve the objectives.

  • Ability to creatively explain and present complex solutions in an easy to understand manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and creativity skills.
  • Undertaken formal sales coaching/training.
  • Can critically evaluate the customer experience and seek to improve in areas that are important to our customers.
  • Keep up to date knowledge of product, competition and market, have business thinking in mind, and understand financial implication and market trends.
