Your role as a Field Service Engineer - NCAir is to contribute to the profitability of the company’s business by providing professional and efficient service of air compressors and ancillary equipment. You will provide service and maintenance on customers' machines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly carry out servicing and maintenance on customer machines.
  • Effectively diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on customer equipment, both field and workshop based.
  • Carry out PDI and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Identify required parts to effect repairs.
  • Complete job reports correctly and return them in a timely manner.
  • Plan and organise daily and weekly visit schedules if required.
  • Participate in the on-call rota.
  • Maintain test instruments to ensure they remain in good condition.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Effectively promote the MultiAir UK Compressor company image.
  • Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
  • Pass on leads to help generate sales and ad-hoc opportunities.

You will have current experience of repairing and servicing at least some of the following equipment:

  • Compressors
  • Dryers
  • N2 Systems
  • Pumps

You will possess a good knowledge of the compressor industry, be self-motivated, and be able to work individually and as part of a team. As you are customer facing, you will have excellent interpersonal skills, be PC literate, and hold a clean driving licence. You must have the right to live and work in the UK.
