We’re looking for an Internal Sales Engineer who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sustainable success.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating closely with colleagues to deliver best-in-class customer service
- Managing the sales cycle from prospecting and proposal through to order
- Identifying key decision-makers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions
- Supporting the Internal Sales Manager with regional insights and strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Keeping our CRM system accurate and up to date
- Supporting and promoting the company’s Green Journey and commitment to sustainability
To succeed, you will need
- Experienced in sales (compressed air knowledge is a bonus, but not essential)
- A positive “can do” team player with strong communication skills
- Confident engaging with customers, especially in virtual environments
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently with a results-focused mindset
- Creative and proactive in problem-solving and identifying business opportunities
