Our Evolve Global Sales & Marketing Graduate Programme is designed to develop the next generation of commercial talent across our Semiconductor divisions. Through structured rotations across Sales & Marketing, you’ll gain experience of our customers, markets and technology while taking ownership of meaningful work and contributing to business-critical projects. You’ll work alongside experienced colleagues and global teams, building the commercial, customer, analytical and leadership capabilities that will help you shape your future career with us.

A six-month international assignment is a core part of the Evolve experience. You’ll have the opportunity to live and work in another country, experience a different part of our global business and build an international network and perspective early in your career. The international assignment is a mandatory part of Evolve, so you must be willing to undertake an international assignment during the programme.

Your rotations will give you broad exposure to our commercial organisation, helping you understand how we identify opportunities, understand our customers and markets, and support sustainable business growth. Depending on business priorities and your development, your experience could include:

  • Customer and market development
  • Sales
  • Product marketing
  • Marketing communications

You’ll work on real projects and have the opportunity to gather and analyse customer, competitor and market information, contribute to customer propositions, sales materials and campaigns, and support initiatives that strengthen customer understanding, market positioning and commercial performance. Alongside your rotations, you’ll develop through our programme curriculum, workshops and commercial training, supported by mentoring and regular feedback throughout your journey.

From the start, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful commercial work. You’ll:

  • Deliver project outcomes alongside experienced professionals and cross-functional teams.
  • Gather and analyse customer, competitor and market information to identify opportunities and support evidence-based decisions.
  • Help strengthen our understanding of customers and markets and contribute to sustainable business growth.
  • Contribute to customer propositions, sales materials, marketing campaigns, communications and executive-level presentations.
  • Build relationships with customers and colleagues across different functions, divisions and regions.
  • Work with teams across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Operations and Service.
  • Take ownership of your development, using mentoring and feedback from your rotations to help shape your future career.

You’ll have, or be on track to complete before the programme starts in September 2027, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Relevant disciplines could include:

  • Marketing
  • Business Management
  • International Business
  • Economics
  • Communications
  • Digital Marketing
  • Data or Business Analytics
  • Engineering
  • Or a related subject

More importantly, we’re looking for someone who is:

  • Genuinely interested in sales, marketing, customers and technology-led businesses.
  • Customer-focused, curious and analytical, with a strong approach to problem-solving.
  • Commercially aware and interested in understanding customer needs, markets, competitors and business performance.
  • A clear communicator who enjoys building relationships and collaborating with people from different backgrounds and disciplines.
  • Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well organised and confident taking initiative and ownership of their work.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Willing to undertake the programme’s mandatory six-month international assignment.

Knowledge of the semiconductor industry is useful, but not essential.

By the end of the programme, you’ll have built broad commercial, customer, analytical and leadership capability, preparing you to progress into a substantive Sales or Marketing role and continue building your career with us. Potential career pathways could include:

  • Sales
  • Business Development
  • Market Development
  • Product Management
  • Marketing Communications

Any offer of employment will be subject to you being able to demonstrate that you have the legal right to work in the country where your employment will be based. Right-to-work requirements are separate from the international mobility requirements of the Evolve programme.
