Where could a global career in Procurement & Supply Chain take you?

Procurement and Supply Chain keep our global business moving. From building strong supplier partnerships to improving cost, quality, delivery and resilience, the decisions we make directly affect our customers and business performance.

On our Evolve Global Procurement & Supply Chain Graduate Programme, you’ll complete structured rotations across key areas of the function, contribute to meaningful projects and work with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders around the world.

You’ll combine commercial thinking, data and collaboration to tackle real challenges, improve performance and help shape the supply chains of the future.

Take your career global

A six-month international assignment is a core and mandatory part of Evolve. You’ll live and work in another country, experience a different part of our global business and build an international network and perspective early in your career. You must be willing to relocate internationally for six months during the programme. The location and timing of your assignment will be confirmed through the programme-planning process and will be subject to the relevant immigration, work-authorisation and assignment requirements.

What you’ll experience

Your rotations may include:

  • Purchasing and strategic sourcing
  • Supply chain and demand planning
  • Project management
  • Supplier quality and development
  • Logistics
  • Data, digital tools and process improvement

You’ll work alongside experienced professionals to:

  • Deliver projects with measurable business impact
  • Use data to identify opportunities and support decisions
  • Help improve cost, quality, delivery, customer service and resilience
  • Build relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams
  • Contribute ideas and challenge established ways of working
  • Develop your commercial, technical and leadership capabilities

You’ll also take part in technical learning, workshops and development activities, supported by rotational managers, mentors and experienced colleagues.

By the end of the programme, you’ll have built a strong foundation for roles such as Sourcing Engineer, Supply Chain Buyer, Demand Planner, Logistics Analyst or Junior Subject Matter Expert.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for curious, analytical and commercially minded graduates who want to understand how a complex global business operates. You’ll need:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject, or to be on track to graduate before joining the programme
  • A genuine interest in Procurement and Supply Chain
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across different teams and cultures
  • A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to learn
  • Strong organisation and self-management skills
  • The confidence to take initiative and contribute ideas
  • Effective spoken and written English
  • The willingness to relocate internationally for a six-month assignment, subject to the relevant immigration, work-authorisation and assignment requirements

Relevant subjects may include Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Transportation Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Economics or a related discipline. Knowledge of the semiconductor industry would be helpful, but it isn’t essential.

Your potential matters as much as where you gained your experience. That experience could come from your studies, employment, internships, volunteering, extracurricular activities or other areas of your life.

What we’ll offer you

Evolve is more than a series of placements. It’s an opportunity to explore Procurement and Supply Chain, understand how a global business operates and discover where your strengths and interests could take you.
