Where could a global career in People & Culture take you? People are at the heart of our business. From attracting and developing talent to strengthening engagement, organisational capability and the employee experience, People & Culture plays an important role in helping our people and business succeed.

On our Evolve Global People & Culture Graduate Programme, you’ll complete structured rotations across key areas of the function, contribute to meaningful projects and work with colleagues, employees and business leaders around the world. You’ll combine curiosity, insight and commercial thinking to solve real people challenges, improve how we work and help build the capabilities our global business needs for the future.

A six-month international assignment is a core and mandatory part of Evolve. You’ll live and work in another country, experience a different part of our global business and build an international network and perspective early in your career. You must be willing to relocate internationally for six months during the programme. The location and timing of your assignment will be confirmed through the programme-planning process and will be subject to the relevant immigration, work-authorisation and assignment requirements.

What you’ll experience:

  • People operations
  • Talent acquisition
  • Early careers
  • Talent management
  • Learning and development
  • Business partnering
  • Employee engagement
  • Reward
  • People analytics

You’ll work alongside experienced People & Culture professionals to:

  • Contribute to projects that support People & Culture and business priorities
  • Support key employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, development and employee changes
  • Use people data, employee feedback and external insights to identify trends and recommend improvements
  • Help deliver talent, learning and organisational development initiatives

  • Improve People & Culture processes, systems and ways of working
  • Develop your commercial, professional and leadership capabilities

You’ll also take part in professional learning, workshops and development activities, supported by rotational managers, mentors and experienced colleagues. By the end of the programme, you’ll have built broad functional experience and a strong foundation for your future career in People & Culture.

What you’ll bring:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Social Sciences or a related subject, or to be on track to graduate before joining the programme

We’ll also consider applicants from other degree disciplines who can demonstrate a strong interest in People & Culture and relevant transferable skills. Knowledge of People & Culture practices or the semiconductor industry would be helpful, but it isn’t essential. Your potential matters as much as where you gained your experience. That experience could come from your studies, employment, internships, volunteering, extracurricular activities or other areas of your life.

What we’ll offer you:

Evolve is more than a series of placements. It’s an opportunity to explore different areas of People & Culture, understand how a global business operates and discover where your strengths and interests could take you. You’ll benefit from:

Familiarise yourself with fundamental recruitment processes and HR terminology. They might ask you about recruitment cycles, candidate sourcing strategies, or how to handle applicant tracking systems. Even if it’s just an internship, demonstrating a good grasp of these basics can really set you apart!

✨Show Off Your People Skills

As an HR intern, you’ll be dealing with people all the time, so be prepared to showcase scenarios that highlight your interpersonal skills.
