Your role as our process filtration portfolio continues to expand across proven lines and new innovations, we’re hiring an entrepreneurial, experienced Business Development Manager to join Atlas Copco. This remote role covers the South of England, with regular visits to our Hemel Hempstead HQ and frequent travel to customer sites across Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
Reporting to the Business Line Manager, Process Cooling Solutions, you’ll help shape the regional plan and set and deliver ambitious sales targets. You will:
- Grow Atlas Copco’s process filtration portfolio and build internal capability.
- Own territory & key account plans; set and hit regional sales targets with the BLM.
- Partner across business lines, the Process Filtration Competence Centre, and international BDMs.
- Strengthen the distributor network: drive satisfaction, loyalty, and margin-focused growth.
- Coach Compressor Technique area sales engineers; provide tools and best practice.
- Run campaigns and launches: execute sales/marketing plans and support NPIs.
- Manage the pipeline: monitor activity, set clear KPIs tied to variable pay, and share cross‑division leads (Process Cooling, Nitrogen, Compressors, Service).
- Keep CRM and reports accurate and on time: forecasts, distributor analysis, monthly updates.
