Kinder-Janes Engineers Ltd ist das UK Customer Centre für die neu gegründete Atlas Copco Industrial Flow Division. Wir sind spezialisiert auf Pumpen, Kompressoren und Prozessequipment, vertreten Marken wie Lewa und Varisco sowie andere führende Hersteller, um unseren Kunden eine breite Palette an ergänzenden Produkten anzubieten.
Als Business Controller sind Sie im Zentrum unserer finanziellen Abläufe, steuern die Buchhaltungsfunktionen des Unternehmens und unterstützen strategische Finanzentscheidungen durch präzise und zeitnahe Berichte. Sie berichten direkt an den General Manager und sind Teil des Management-Teams. Sie tragen wesentlich zu unserem Erfolg bei.
Ihre Schlüsselrolle besteht darin, das Unternehmen auf nachhaltiges und profitables Wachstum auszurichten, indem Sie Transparenz in der finanziellen Leistung schaffen und Abteilungen Verbesserungsvorschläge unterbreiten.
Sie werden:
- Die Verantwortung für die Finanzabteilung übernehmen
- Unterstützung und Beratung in Bezug auf finanzielle Leistung für verschiedene Funktionsbereiche bieten
- Finanzberichte (GuV, Kasse, Bilanz) gemäß den Richtlinien von \”The Way We Do Things\” und divisionalen Vorgaben erstellen
- Jährliche Zielsetzung und regelmäßige Forecast-Updates für GuV, Bilanz, Investitionen leiten
- Geschäftsleistung mit den Jahreszielen vergleichen
- Cashflow, Steuern, Versicherungen, Bankkonten, Kreditkarten, Zahlungen verwalten
- Debitorenberichte und -nachverfolgung mit anderen Abteilungen durchführen, um Zielerreichung sicherzustellen
- Bonitätsprüfung und -kontrolle durchführen
- Prozesse in den Finanzaktivitäten optimieren und implementieren
- Planungs- und Budgetierungssysteme entwickeln und pflegen
- Mit Unterstützung Ihres Teams Finanzprüfungen managen
- Mit Kollegen in allen Geschäftsbereichen zusammenarbeiten, um Effizienz und Professionalität zu fördern
Um erfolgreich zu sein, sollten Sie:
Erfahrung als vollqualifizierter Buchhalter mit mehreren Jahren in Finanzen oder Business Control besitzen, nachweisliche Erfolge vorweisen können, Projekte im Bereich Business Control leiten können, mit Group Accounting, IFRS und lokalen Vorschriften vertraut sein, Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen haben (Kenntnisse in SAP Business One sind von Vorteil).
Sie sollten außerdem:
- Ein Hochschulabschluss in Finanzen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich besitzen
- Fließend Englisch sprechen
- Geschäftsorientiert sein, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten besitzen, analytisch stark sein, teamorientiert arbeiten, Termine einhalten und ergebnisorientiert handeln
